Hong Kong Trip Day 3

ok, i am gg to make the next 3 entries a bit more different… will list down the places in order of timing and wad we did or bought from the places.

west hotel
woke up ard 8am. then prepared for our journey towards the 1st destination, to have our breakfast! but then so sad, early in the morning, something happened. one of the 4 little girls were playing at the lobby. then happen so 1 little girl was climbing into the side of the sliding door. we 2 were just awake and didnt realised she was there. when we walked towards the sensored door, it slid open and we heard a cry. we saw the little girl’s right hand n leg stuck in between the sliding door and the glass panel. luckily after attempts to ‘save’ her from her pain, she was ok. phew… nonetheless, we continued to the 1st destination.

佑记粥店
this coffee house was just at the corner of the street of our hotel. we went there to have our breakfast. the soya milk and the you tiao was quite ok, except that the chee cheong fun was a bit dry, nt enugh sauce. but the cha siew in the chee cheong fun was nt bad. DSC00821

Citygate Warehouse

after the breakfast, we headed down to citygate warehouse at tung chung. since we reached there too early (most shops open at ard 11am), we decided to hv a sit at the mcdonalds. baby ordered a cup of coffee to keep herself awake for the day!

after the coffee break, we started walking ard the outlets here. bought quite a lot of stuff from there. some clothes from espirit, crocs, giordano and new balance. we spent quite an amount here, but still its quite cheap compared to sg.
then we had our official lunch at steak house! we ordered 1 baked rice set which consisted of bake rice, veg soup, bread and lemon tea.

Modern Toilet
after the tour at citygate warehouse, we proceeded to mong kok for our evening tour. we went down to modern toilet, hoping to hv our dinner there. but then we didnt see any food to our liking, so in the end we changed place for dinner. but still we took some photos of the place. quite nicely done, but food to us, not so gd.

大家乐
finally we decided to head for the nearest and haven’t tried before restaurant, 大家乐. the food here is actually quite nice and it actually looks like a foodcourt. we ordered the combo set which consisted of cha siew, roasted chicken and roasted duck. together wif 2 rice. the whole set was quite filling as baby still had her toothache, she couldn’t eat much so i ate more, lol… DSC00854

Langham Palace
this was our next stop, actually we didnt come here as part of our tour de, but then we still came cos got the 12 horoscopes. but after taking the photos, we realised cancer wasnt inside. wondered where it went to…
after taking the photos, we also went down to muji to shop. it is situated at langham palace too. bought 2 packet tidbits. DSC00871

Mong Kok
we finished our tour at langham palace and started our final destination for the day at 3 streets. fu yuen street, ladies street and electronics street. went also to the ho king shopping centre to see what is in there, nth but cigarette smoke! sad… they do sell games and some porn stuff, haha… saw nothing that we could buy, so instead we had our desserts for the nite. same place, 许留山.
