2nd Day at TMC

today is the 2nd day at tmc and is supposed to be the last day too. hopefully we do not have to stay overnight for another day. today’s schedule for me is relatively simple. my parents, together with my grandma, came to visit us at 1030pm. then at 12pm, i proceeded to master long’s house to get xiao tu’s name calculated. after listening to wad master long has to say, i realised xiao tu’s life is quite good. even combined with sa de mum’s results, i think we will hv to worry about xiao tu too much in future.

anyway, sa de mum and zi xuan came to visit xiao tu n baby once again. so did my colleagues, alwin, sheng xian and joseph. as well as dengli, jolene, charmaine and her bf (i guess so). after all the visiting, i sent sa de mum and zi xuan back home. following which i went to da bao my dinner to hospital to acc baby have dinner. although by the time i reached back to the hospital, baby already finished her supper, lol… this time round not many ppl visited us as maybe it was the mid autumn festival. but we are still very happy to hv xiao tu born on the right day at the right time. :) hope in future, she will really 出人头地. alas, we rested for the night at about 3am, haha… why so late, cos we r still in US timing! :P

鬼也笑

watched this movie with baby at tmc, right after baby gave birth to xiao tu. :D dats becos we couldn’t sleep at nite, so we decided to watch tis movie to keep us awake until 3am, lol… anyway, this movie a bit lan loh… funny is funny, but then after watching a while, everything becomes a bit dull liao. although trailer shows quite good, but still dull loh. i give this movie a 2.5/5 rating for its originality ba.

Xiao Tu is Born!

we checked in to tmc at 11pm to prepare to give birth to xiao tu. below is the sequence of events that happened from the time we checked in to tmc:

11pm:-	we checked in at 11pm at the observation room. baby at that time was given the induction pill and i went down to settle the check in and payments.
1130pm:-	i went back to the observation room to see baby lying on the bed waiting (for me). today we didn’t go to the sleeping room first cos xiao tu is to be dued a few hrs after the induction.
1am:-	baby requested for epidural as contractions are starting to get wild.
150am:-	i took our stuff up to the room, 512. when i first walked in, i was wow-ed by the room, guess i was in the super deluxe single room. cos the room is incredibly big and has an additional table. so i took photos of the room. :)
2am:-	the anaesthetist came to setup the epidural for baby.
230am:-	headed back dwn to the observation room after baby called me to tell me that the anaesthetics had been given. she even told me the anaesthetist was very pretty, lol… sad, i missed the opportunity to see. :P
450am:-	checked once again for dilation and is estimated to be 6-7cm big.
510am:-	moved to delivery room.
550am:-	dr woody came in to prepare for the birth, time for xiao tu to come out soon after that.
616am:-	baby gave in the final push and finally xiao tu is born!

right after xiao tu was born, i took a few photos of her. (for photos, do proceed to my fb to take a look) at ard 7am, we went up to the room. (changed to 522 cos gt single bedded room le, sad, baby didnt managed to see the room herself) then i helped to unpack everything and not long later, i took my rest while baby was wide awake. lol… breakfast for baby came at 8am, while i still took my nap. i woke up a bit later to finish up what baby could not finish, lol…

i went to fetch baby's parents and zi xuan to tmc to see baby at abt 130pm. after dropping them at tmc, i went to collect zi xuan’s photos from StudioPlay. came back to tmc at 43pm to pick up baby’s parents and zi xuan and headed home to pack up the room. i setup the sleeping area for xiao tu b4 resting at 545pm. (just too tired to continue driving later, no choice had to nap) but who knows, one nap took me 1hr! i was like omg, 645pm already. i even needed to meet someone to trade cards at 7pm…

so while i was on my way to meet the person, baby called to tell me my parents reached already, lol… i am still on the way… quite sad to say… but nonetheless, i still managed to meet my parents and had dinner with them after they decided to go off. after dinner, i returned to tmc, packed stuffs, fill in forms and had some snacks b4 going to meet zhou gong. :)

Kindermusik Lesson 3 - Wiggles Giggles

3rd lesson at kindermusik for zi xuan. today she is on free play role. i did not restrict her to do what the teacher is teaching her to do, as i feel she should try to blend into the class and learn as much stuff on her own as possible. i will only be guiding her to learn stuff that she needs to learn and not feeding her. (i dun mean feeding food :p)

today she really enjoyed herself freely, roaming around the room interacting with the teacher and the kids. one of the best scene was that she went to kiss the glass door for a few seconds, lol... baby even saw it! :x zi xuan muz hv washed the glass door unknowingly, wahaha...

during the bubble singing session, zi xuan walked to the front of teacher shauna and was looking at what she was doing. only to be 'caught' by the teacher and did a 'bubble dance' with her. wahaha... tink she likes the teacher a lot, lol... just walking to the front of the teacher directly. i think she can blend well into classes within 2-3 sessions, so in future it will not be too difficult to send her to classes.

there was also the bubble blowing session where the teacher would call out the names and blow the bubble for the toddlers to burst it. When it was zi xuan's turn, the bubble as quite big and slowly drifting down to zi xuan. slowly, slowly, slowly... while zi xuan gotten ready to burst the bubble... yawnz~ and finally her wait was nt in vain! lol... she finally burst the bubble! (although i tot the other kids also had a hand in this...) oh well, anyway i still see zi xuan enjoying herself with that bubble burst, haha...

she is also very obedient, she keeps the toys that were used in class, like the drum sticks and the sand stones. she also asked me to drink the water that was given by the teacher, lol... when my water finish, she even wants to fill it wif her water, how fortunate to hv her ard. :)

so today at the end of the lesson, she gotten 4 stamps! 2 on her hands and 2 on her legs! the 1st time she went was to get 2 on her hands and the 2nd time i asked her to go (i remembered asking her to go hug the teacher :x), the teacher gave her another 2 stamps on her legs, lol...

oh ya, once again, she gotten her nickname, the musical girl! :D

Surprise! Not Really Surprise… :D

heh… today gave a somewhat surprise to my 2 females in the family, baby and zi xuan. although it dont seem to be like any surprise, it is still a surprise to see them happy when they do the things they like. :) baby was awarded with the mooncakes that she had ‘ordered’ thru me. :D zi xuan also had her chop when she wanted one 2 days ago, haha… so i gotten her a bee and a butterfly as she was originally nicknamed 招蜂迎蝶, wahaha… no la, cos there were no other chops that are nicer than those 2, dats y… :P i hope to give them more as the years go by and always hope to see them laugh, smile, look surprised, enjoy and nothing else. :) really really love to have them by my side. :)

Kindermusik Lesson 2 - Wiggles Giggles

today is the 2nd lesson of wiggles giggles for zi xuan. today she is v active, the moment the lesson starts, she moves around freely herself in the class. she is less shy today as compared to the previous classes. although she moves around freely now during the class, she is less attentive and pays lesser attention to what teache shauna is teaching. still, she participates in the activities and is enjoying herself. hope in the future, she will be also like today, less shy and move more freely and expressively in classes. :)

ps: most of the parents in this class looks very solemn, i dunno why. as compared to the previous class, they are truely more stone and less action. as for me, i always see my little girl running about and i am very happy, lol… oh ya, i also saw one of my project’s users in the class, wad a small world it is.

2nd Addition into our Family!

Finally i hv time to write something about our 2nd little girl who is coming to earth soon. For the past 8 mths, it has been a tough and arduous journey for baby. for the 1st trimester, baby has been vomiting non-stop for everyday. Eat what, vomit what. She has been trying to keep herself full at the same time so xiao yu can have her share of the food too. Very xin ku for baby for the 1st trimester.

2nd trimester seems to get better for baby, but it seems to only get better after the 5th or 6th mth? lol… still doing the same thing by eating n ‘feeding’ xiao yu wif the foods. from the way baby is having xiao yu, seems like it is a bit tougher than having xiao niu, haha… even during the start of the 3rd trimester, vomiting has become a norm for baby everyday once again.

it only became better for baby when the last 2mths come. but then, vomiting gone, hunger comes. :x she began to eat more everyday, lol… having supper almost every night until xiao yu can grow up to 700 grams in 1 wk! that is even more powerful than i am! so she decided to cut dwn on her intake at nite, just in case when giving birth, xiao yu could have been more than 3.5kg.

xiao yu see, mummy 为了你, eat and vomit just to make sure u grow healthily in mummy’s womb. nx time when u grow up, must be good to mummy arh. must go hand in hand with xiao niu to take care of mummy a lot a lot. we will all take care of mummy together ok? let her suffer less and enjoy more of her time with us. so xiao yu, we all looking forward to u coming out ok? either 26/08/11, 01/09/11 or 12/09/11 will do. as long as u come out healthily, we are all very happy le. see u then le!
