ST Christmas Celebration

there are 3 events happening during office hours today, 1st was the christmas exchange which was held at 1030am. i gotten a chocolate fondue set from the exchange, i believe my 2 girls will use it a lot for their marshmallows. :P

after the christmas exchange, we all went to have buffet at buffet town at raffles city, city hall mrt station. the food there has a lot of varieties. it is the most number of varieties buffet i have eaten loh. muz be very expensive de. from seafood to sashimi to teppanyaki to chilli crabs and asian foods like laksa and chicken rice. even has desserts such as cakes, ice creams, pancakes, etc. really eat until i not full sia... :P dunno is i never eat enugh or i ate too much until cannot feel the fullness. after eating till 2pm, we decided to have 1-2 rds of 三国杀. apparently, we almost missed the movie after the lunch, haha... luckily we were still in time to watch the movie.

we reached the cinema on time and guess wad movie we were watching? mission impossible ghost protocol! yes, i am watching it the second time. :) even after watching 2nd time, i still feel that the movie is gd. after the movie ended at 520pm, we all parted ways and it is christmas on the wkend!

Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol

watched this movie with baby. which was part of the discounted event held by NTU. a pair of tickets for a cheaper price together with a buffet. this movie is quite good n it triggered me to watch the previous 3 episodes as i have never watched them before. the equipment used are quite high tech and they even went to dubai to climb the highest building in the world. there are a lot of laughable scenes in the movie too. i give this movie a 4.5/5 rating.

Lego (Queen Annie's Revenge)

yeah, finally bought this ship from pirates of the carribean set! have been waiting quite long for it le. next on the list for the pirates set is black pearl. still awaiting my one more set of the exclusive sets, the pet shop. not sure after this what do i wan to add to my collection. hehe... but nonetheless, i am still very happy to get this ship. it just looks too nice. :)

Kindermusik Lesson 2 - Milk and Cookies

zi xuan began her 2nd class for this term. today happened to have 2 more kids joining the class! finally i see something from the class. :) all along i tot only 3 of them, haha… today zi xuan allowed teacher shauna to hold her hands to walk, but she walked sideways throughout the whole of that particular section of the dance/song and almost fell at the end, lol… nothing in particular for today’s lesson, just that when it was time to get their stamps, she stood there for her turn to come. when she see other kids pull up their shirts, she also followed. when they gotten stamps on their legs, she pulled up her pants, lol…

Standard Chartered Half Marathon

our very first crazy run after we knew one another for almost close to 2 years, haha… never train still go and run 21km… madness. but! we managed to complete the run in 4hrs! joseph even completed in 3hrs 30mins! oh ya, 4got to tell u who went together, me, sheng xian, yuen loong, alvin ng and joseph. :)

i was almost late that day when sheng xian called me at 6am to ask me where am i, lol… i still sleeping sia… i woke up startled that it is almost 6am le, cfm late. so no choice had to drive down. then reach there at 630am, juz in time for the run. only to know from joseph that we can actually cross the line before 7am… -.-!!! then we took our time until 645am when we started walking towards the start line. only to hear from the cheerleaders that we have to rush to the start line, so we all started to jog straight to the start line! also very far de lor… after started jogging for a while, the announcement made was that we could take our time to run past the start line… -.-!!! stupid…

anyway, we started the run without even doing any warm-up sia… dats the craziest part… for a 21km, we never even do warm up… so for the next 5-6km, we started to ache at the legs liao. run until cannot run, then we walked the rest of the journey, waahaha… only joseph run on his own…

so by the time we reach the end, it was almost 11am! as estimated by yuen loong of 4hrs to complete, haha.. we sure are crazy ppl going for 21km without training. :P

Kindermusik Lesson 1 - Milk and Cookies

1st lesson taken at a different place, at teacher shauna’s house! fortunately, it is also near my parents’ house, haha… but very little ppl loh, really is very little ppl. when i first went in n saw 1 kid playing, i tot there were going to be more of them joining. but until teacher shauna started the class, there were only 3… oh well, nvm, better concentration for the teacher for 1 to 3. :D (although i doubt so as the kids were running about, lol…) her house is renovated in such a way that the whole living room was taken up for the class. there is another room just for musical instruments, including pianos, etc. overall the environment does not lose to the one at tanglin mall, just that the number of students very little… don’t know is it becos of lunch time…

ST Games Day

everyone from info soft was so happy today cos we could go straight to east coast park from our homes without going to office first. this was the instructions given by su po! xD guess wad time we were supposed to reach east coast? 12pm! hehe!! once in a while we could wake up so late during wkdays without leaves, haha…

alwin and ssx came to my house to meet up wif me and go down together. when we reached there at 12pm, there weren’t many ppl. then we observed in my car those ppl walking to and fro the tentage for ST. Until yuen loong and zach asked us where we are and we told them we were in the car. then they asked us why hide in the car, haha… then we met up wif them in the tentage shortly after the call.

when it was lunch time, we could see lots of ppl already rushing to queue at the buffet corner. this turned my group of colleagues off and we all decided to go to mac to have our lunch, lol… oh ya, our group contains me, sheng xian, yuen loong, zach, alvin wong and alwin. just after we finished our lunch, jasmine called to tell us that the games are about to start, so we rushed back.

when we reached the tentage, we split up into our groups as defined before we came for the games day. my group leader is sen yen. which i actually couldn’t recall who she was when my colleagues told me who she is until i see her personally, haha… for the 1st game, it was us vs alvin wong’s group. the first game was gladiator. u know those games that take the pole n try to hit each other dwn frm the stand? yeah, dats the one. for the previous 7 ppl, it took them very quickly for the result to be out, but took me and alvin about 5mins to have a result. and it was alvin who played dirty! booo!!! wahahaha… in the end they won 5-3. :x

for the 2nd game, it was “who jump onto the mushroom first, wins”. n so it took us very quickly to win by 4-3, haha… a bit weird loh, lol… lucky the 1st 2 games weren’t very important as they were not taken into account whether we go into the next round. :)

only the 3rd game, where the 2 teams vs each other in a knock out battlefield. both teams are equipped with a ‘weapon’ and a ‘helmet’. each personnel in each team are to hit the opponents. anyone who is hit, will be announced ‘dead’ by the judge. n so the battle started and we had a hard fought battle for the 1st 3 rounds. we won by 2-1. and for the next knock out stage, we easily overcome the next team by 2-0. until the semi finals, where the opponent has a professional to help them. booo~~ obviously we lost by 0-2, eeeee~~~ smelly. :P but at the end of the day, we still took no. 3 because of our team leader, sen yen, haha… she could be said the woman of the match for the day! :D

n so we gotten the 3rd prize! :D oh, btw, for the lucky draw, my team gotten at least 4 prizes! even me also, i gotten the 1st prize! haha… all thanks to the person before me, as she wasn’t here, she was not entitled to the prize and so they repick. n it was me! :D

Kindermusik Lesson 11 - Wiggles Giggles

today is the last lesson for carabelle at kindermusik, the next term will be on the waiting list. today also forgot to bring camera as before the class, we were all outside for jolene’s rom. after jolene’s rom, we went to forum the shopping mall to walk and thus was rushing to the class, 4getting the camera. nvm, there is always another time. :) the class went on as normal and she was having a great time, just that when it was time to mingle around, she again chose to ask me to carry her, lol… today was a bit special for her, cos the drum that she was using, was too big. so i suggested to ask her to roll it to teacher shauna instead. as teacher shauna saw this, she also encouraged carabelle to roll it, but carabelle roll it halfway and stopped, lol… oh well… lazy girl. :P at the end of the class, she gotten her 2nd certificate of passing the class. congratulations carabelle! the next time will most likely be at teacher shauna’s house for class!

Kindermusik Lesson 10 - Wiggles Giggles

the last 2nd lesson for this theme. also might be the last 2nd lesson where carabelle will see teacher shauna le. today carabelle was aslp during the journey to class, so she was a bit more tired during the class. but after warming up for the next 15mins in class, she became more participating. however, as usual, during the roaming and free play section, she would always look for me to carry her. without fail, she will fuss if i don’t carry her, oh well. she still enjoyed the class even though half of the time she is sticking to me, haha. she enjoyed the tamborines, the drums, sand filled toys, etc. all in all, she enjoyed the most was the chops given by teacher shauna and today, she was exceptionally frenly towards teacher shauna, haha. she really is very obedient during the stamp giving away section. she would stand there, wait for everyone to finish first, then she will get her turn. she even followed wad others were doing, that is to pull up her shirt for the stamp on her tummy, lol… she gotten 3 stamps today. :D before going off and after everyone had left, i urged her to say goodbye to teacher shauna again as i feel there would be lesser time or even no much time left for carabelle to see teacher shauna again. :)

Keys to Our Home!

Finally after waiting for more than 2 years, we gotten the keys to our home! we were so excited that we started to look for ID the moment we know the date of the collection. today we collect the keys at 4pm, tmr already gt ID coming to our house to take measurements! so excited we were! although the 1st day we were supposed to run everywhere to activate gas + water and to pay for conservancy charges, as well as sign up for home insurance, we were not perturbed. we did as we were told and finally gotten the keys (cos need to do everything before we collect). lets get ready to see our house down up by next year jan/feb!

Kindermusik Lesson 10 - Wiggles Giggles

today is the 10th lesson le, last 3rd lesson for zi xuan. hope she have enjoyed the classes so far. i guess if she really knows about the class, she might miss teacher shauna, haha... nwadays during the class, unless she is tired from whole day of nt resting, she will really enjoy de. since the previous lesson, she has been very initiative on the last section (goodbye) and will always go and hug teacher shauna b4 getting the stamps on her hands. she also very excited about the stamps, haha... she will always stand in front of the teacher and will not rush in to get the stamps. she will wait till everyone gets their stamps, then when there is nobody, teacher shauna will get the stamps on her. guess she really likes teacher shauna. but after 3 more lessons, she will nt be going for the next term le. cos we r using most of the $$ for our renovation works. even if we hv the $$ for her class, it might be harder to go to the school liao, cos we might be selling off our car to pay for the renovation loan. its ok la, will find other more accessible places for zi xuan to go, like harborfront gymboree. but she will nt see her fav teacher anymore le. will see again in the future. in the meantime, hope she will enjoy the last 2 lessons for this term. :)

Kindermusik Lesson 9 - Wiggles Giggles

today is 9th lesson le, also another make up class for zi xuan. actually wanted to let her try out teacher yim ching de, but it happened so she was on leave, so teacher huzzy took the class. teacher huzzy said she will do what teacher yim ching do so the class wont deviate away from teacher yim ching’s style. overall i tink she is ok and more pro-active, as compared to the previous 2 make up classes. teacher huzzy should be more of a similar style to teacher shauna. zi xuan was also enjoying the class too, she even went to hug the teacher after the class. guess she likes this teacher too, haha… she gotten 4 stamps on her hands and legs too.

The Thing

watched tis movie wif sheng xian, alvin ng and his gf at plaza singapura. tis movie’s plot is quite interesting cos the alien actually can replicate humans and even better, combine wif them. but the alien could not replicate inorganic items like steel teeth and earrings. some of the parts are quite interesting, having us to actually guess who is the alien. cos like i say, the alien can replicate the person. so in order to find out who is the alien, they will need to find out who does not hv the inorganic items on them. lol… i give this movie a 3.5/5 rating for the storyline and the alien fighting. :D

Kindermusik Lesson 8 - Wiggles Giggles

today is the 8th lesson liao! halfway thru zi xuan’s whole course class le. :D today finally back to teacher shuana after 2 lessons of make up classes and 1 lesson of teacher shuana on mc. we went in early after the previous class ended and teacher shuna was talking to zi xuan while i was keeping the stuffs i brought into the shelf. when i turned back to see what they were doing, i heard teacher shuana say congratulations. i was a bit stunned and dunno hw to answer cos i dunno wad she was saying, lol…

and yeah, zi xuan really like this teacher a lot, haha… as active as usual once she sees teacher shuana. as usual playing all the toys that teacher shuana gives. today teacher shuana also held zi xuan’s hands again while playing with the circle dance. when i see zi xuan enjoying herself in the class, i feel so delighted, haha… finally at the end of the class, zi xuan gotten only 2x chops although she stood there until she was the last to leave teacher shuana, haha…

Kindermusik Lesson 7 - Wiggles Giggles

today is a make up class for zi xuan and is on a sat morning, 1030am. we were late for 15mins as we went off late. nonetheless we still joined in the class conducted by teacher doreen. on first look, i tot teacher doreen is of age 40? lol… maybe my perception wrong ar… anyway, for the whole class, teacher doreen is quite the aggressive type of teaching, as in she wants the parent to be more initiative and teach the kids by themselves instead of she helping out at every kid. even the water i oso need to get myself… anyway zi xuan also didn’t participate much in this class, maybe is becos of new teacher, keep wanting me to carry. the most anticipating section was the chop chop section. haha… once the chop comes, she goes. :P overall i tink i do not really wan this teacher to teach zi xuan. :) i still prefer teacher shauna. :D

First Cooked Breakfast!

yeah, today is my very first ‘cooked’ breakfast for the family! although onli me and baby eating, haha… but i nv really cook the whole breakfast. i onli fried 2 eggs and ovened 4 breads with 2 cheeses, 2 hams and 8 pieces of cucumber. (i ate all 8 pieces though…) but the eggs i fried weren’t very good, but it is a gd first try for me. i will do it better nx time! hope baby likes the breakfast i made today!

Kindermusik Lesson 6 - Wiggles Giggles

today teacher shauna was sick, so she was substituted for this class by teacher jane. at first when i reached the class, i saw her teaching in the class and saw the kids having fun, so i guess zi xuan should be ok with her. zi xuan’s class started abt 5mins later as the previous class ended late. either way, the warm up was accompanied by balls, as usual.

teacher jane also proceeded to get to know the kids’ names by asking around the class. i even pointed carabelle to her. but in the end, she still called zi xuan, arabelle… :\ maybe new and also first time taking this class ba, that’s why she is a bit softer and looks shy. cos of the way she gave the introduction to the kids, she sang quite softly. as compared to teacher shauna, i tink teacher shauna is better. :P but i still give credit to her for trying to pull the kids and parents along. she tried her best, but could still do better. zi xuan as usual, will enjoy herself despite whichever teacher is teaching, lol…

zi xuan still has a long way to go, she still needs to learn to listen in class and to follow what the teacher is teaching. tis is required in the future during childcare. so i am still looking forward to this day when she really understands more instructions and commands in the future. :)

Interesting Facts About Xiao Tu (1)

over the past few days observing xiao tu, i came to know some of the interesting facts of her. let me see wad they are as u can see below:

1.	when she sleeps, she will always put her hands outside the wrap. muz be cos in baby’s womb that time no space, so nw wan a lot of space for movements. :D
2.	she likes to shrink and stretch her legs and when she does that, it is very difficult to change her diapers…
3.	she likes to make ‘tutu’ mouth for us to see! not only that, also ‘oh’ and ‘bian zui’!
4.	she looks like a boy to us! (no la, she is a girl :P)
5.	she has a anti clockwise erm… hair?… so it also means the nx one is a girl!?
6.	she doesn’t like to burp, it takes us forever to make her burp, ok, nt forever, she doesn’t even want to burp… hope she does not vomit milk out…
7.	if she does not have enugh milk, she will not slp. if she does not slp, she will open her eyes big big and stare at u!
8.	only at her cosy bed will she slp longer than on our bed…
9.	she likes to stick her tongue out! even zi xuan also learn from her! (ok, she learnt it from the annoying orange she watches on the ipod…)
10.	she has a pair of natural double eye lid which are very obvious, but she has no dimples… ok la, zi xuan took all the dimples from her and gave some double eye lid to mei mei, wahaha…

Kindermusik Lesson 5 - Wiggles Giggles

2nd lesson of the day for zi xuan at 5pm. tis lesson gave me a lot of impression on zi xuan during the class. maybe is becos she had too long a lesson, else she muz be hungry after having her meal at 2.30pm. but either way, let me describe wad she did during this class. (she wasn’t like this in the previous class, so some factor might hv caused her to behave this way.)

when the class started with the ‘say hello’ section, right after zi xuan’s turn, she went up to the front of teacher shauna to ‘block’ her view. for every kid teacher shauna look at, zi xuan would move to the front of her to block her view, until teacher shauna asked zi xuan why she blocking her view, then zi xuan walked away…

another instance was when playing with the frog. the toddlers are supposed to use the frog to hit 5 bells on the floor to produce a crescendo sound. a lot of kids were actually supposed to hit the bells with a frog. zi xuan is the first to go and teacher shauna carried her to play wif the bells. but wad happened was that zi xuan took up the bells instead of using the frog to hit the bells… until teacher shauna quickly pulled her hands to take the frog and hit the bells, lol… (no time la, cannot blame her… :P)

finally close to the end of the class, zi xuan decided to get cranky and wanted to get out of the class. she even took off her jacket and started to wander around the class aimlessly. she even went to the door and played with the stopper… when i tried to bring her back to join in the class, she even cried… tis was the first time she actually didnt want to play in the class… muz be she getting hungry or else is lesson too long le ba.

at the end, she still managed to get a hug and 2 chops on her arms from teacher shauna. lucky her…

Kindermusik Lesson 4 - Wiggles Giggles

today zi xuan’s lesson start at 4pm and she has another lesson at 5pm. y so early, to make up for last week’s lesson as she did not go for the lesson. also y leh, cos baby gave birth and so we wont be able to bring her down for the lesson.

today’s 4th lesson is with a different group so all the toddlers are new. i can see frm this class that the adults are more into the lesson as one of the mother, ‘volunteered’ to help to keep away the toys after kids put bck their toys into the basket. dunno is she nothing better to do or wad, nt all the kids have put back the toys yet n she juz take the basket away… -.-''' haiz… dunno y so itchy hand… anyway, lucky zi xuan is nt in this class. anyway, zi xuan still enjoys the parachute, the drums and as well as the hello and goodbye sections. she still doesn’t like the storytelling section, maybe she is juz too active to sit and listen, lol…

teacher shauna remembers that she has another lesson after tis when they hugging each other for the goodbye section, lol… n zi xuan also gotten her 3x stamps on 2 hands and her stomach. (she couldn’t get any on her legs as she was wearing pants, lol…)

watched this movie during baby’s confinement, lol… wad time? dun tell u! :P anyway, this movie a bit weird, they tried to make it funny and at the same time, make the fighting look good. but i see liao, the whole movie still looks weird loh… especially simi tong zi gong… sing song?… wth… guess it is supposed to be stupid? or is it really like dat?… ahhh, 2.5/5 rating for it!

2nd Day at TMC

today is the 2nd day at tmc and is supposed to be the last day too. hopefully we do not have to stay overnight for another day. today’s schedule for me is relatively simple. my parents, together with my grandma, came to visit us at 1030pm. then at 12pm, i proceeded to master long’s house to get xiao tu’s name calculated. after listening to wad master long has to say, i realised xiao tu’s life is quite good. even combined with sa de mum’s results, i think we will hv to worry about xiao tu too much in future.

anyway, sa de mum and zi xuan came to visit xiao tu n baby once again. so did my colleagues, alwin, sheng xian and joseph. as well as dengli, jolene, charmaine and her bf (i guess so). after all the visiting, i sent sa de mum and zi xuan back home. following which i went to da bao my dinner to hospital to acc baby have dinner. although by the time i reached back to the hospital, baby already finished her supper, lol… this time round not many ppl visited us as maybe it was the mid autumn festival. but we are still very happy to hv xiao tu born on the right day at the right time. :) hope in future, she will really 出人头地. alas, we rested for the night at about 3am, haha… why so late, cos we r still in US timing! :P

鬼也笑

watched this movie with baby at tmc, right after baby gave birth to xiao tu. :D dats becos we couldn’t sleep at nite, so we decided to watch tis movie to keep us awake until 3am, lol… anyway, this movie a bit lan loh… funny is funny, but then after watching a while, everything becomes a bit dull liao. although trailer shows quite good, but still dull loh. i give this movie a 2.5/5 rating for its originality ba.

Xiao Tu is Born!

we checked in to tmc at 11pm to prepare to give birth to xiao tu. below is the sequence of events that happened from the time we checked in to tmc:

11pm:-	we checked in at 11pm at the observation room. baby at that time was given the induction pill and i went down to settle the check in and payments.
1130pm:-	i went back to the observation room to see baby lying on the bed waiting (for me). today we didn’t go to the sleeping room first cos xiao tu is to be dued a few hrs after the induction.
1am:-	baby requested for epidural as contractions are starting to get wild.
150am:-	i took our stuff up to the room, 512. when i first walked in, i was wow-ed by the room, guess i was in the super deluxe single room. cos the room is incredibly big and has an additional table. so i took photos of the room. :)
2am:-	the anaesthetist came to setup the epidural for baby.
230am:-	headed back dwn to the observation room after baby called me to tell me that the anaesthetics had been given. she even told me the anaesthetist was very pretty, lol… sad, i missed the opportunity to see. :P
450am:-	checked once again for dilation and is estimated to be 6-7cm big.
510am:-	moved to delivery room.
550am:-	dr woody came in to prepare for the birth, time for xiao tu to come out soon after that.
616am:-	baby gave in the final push and finally xiao tu is born!

right after xiao tu was born, i took a few photos of her. (for photos, do proceed to my fb to take a look) at ard 7am, we went up to the room. (changed to 522 cos gt single bedded room le, sad, baby didnt managed to see the room herself) then i helped to unpack everything and not long later, i took my rest while baby was wide awake. lol… breakfast for baby came at 8am, while i still took my nap. i woke up a bit later to finish up what baby could not finish, lol…

i went to fetch baby's parents and zi xuan to tmc to see baby at abt 130pm. after dropping them at tmc, i went to collect zi xuan’s photos from StudioPlay. came back to tmc at 43pm to pick up baby’s parents and zi xuan and headed home to pack up the room. i setup the sleeping area for xiao tu b4 resting at 545pm. (just too tired to continue driving later, no choice had to nap) but who knows, one nap took me 1hr! i was like omg, 645pm already. i even needed to meet someone to trade cards at 7pm…

so while i was on my way to meet the person, baby called to tell me my parents reached already, lol… i am still on the way… quite sad to say… but nonetheless, i still managed to meet my parents and had dinner with them after they decided to go off. after dinner, i returned to tmc, packed stuffs, fill in forms and had some snacks b4 going to meet zhou gong. :)

Kindermusik Lesson 3 - Wiggles Giggles

3rd lesson at kindermusik for zi xuan. today she is on free play role. i did not restrict her to do what the teacher is teaching her to do, as i feel she should try to blend into the class and learn as much stuff on her own as possible. i will only be guiding her to learn stuff that she needs to learn and not feeding her. (i dun mean feeding food :p)

today she really enjoyed herself freely, roaming around the room interacting with the teacher and the kids. one of the best scene was that she went to kiss the glass door for a few seconds, lol... baby even saw it! :x zi xuan muz hv washed the glass door unknowingly, wahaha...

during the bubble singing session, zi xuan walked to the front of teacher shauna and was looking at what she was doing. only to be 'caught' by the teacher and did a 'bubble dance' with her. wahaha... tink she likes the teacher a lot, lol... just walking to the front of the teacher directly. i think she can blend well into classes within 2-3 sessions, so in future it will not be too difficult to send her to classes.

there was also the bubble blowing session where the teacher would call out the names and blow the bubble for the toddlers to burst it. When it was zi xuan's turn, the bubble as quite big and slowly drifting down to zi xuan. slowly, slowly, slowly... while zi xuan gotten ready to burst the bubble... yawnz~ and finally her wait was nt in vain! lol... she finally burst the bubble! (although i tot the other kids also had a hand in this...) oh well, anyway i still see zi xuan enjoying herself with that bubble burst, haha...

she is also very obedient, she keeps the toys that were used in class, like the drum sticks and the sand stones. she also asked me to drink the water that was given by the teacher, lol... when my water finish, she even wants to fill it wif her water, how fortunate to hv her ard. :)

so today at the end of the lesson, she gotten 4 stamps! 2 on her hands and 2 on her legs! the 1st time she went was to get 2 on her hands and the 2nd time i asked her to go (i remembered asking her to go hug the teacher :x), the teacher gave her another 2 stamps on her legs, lol...

oh ya, once again, she gotten her nickname, the musical girl! :D

Surprise! Not Really Surprise… :D

heh… today gave a somewhat surprise to my 2 females in the family, baby and zi xuan. although it dont seem to be like any surprise, it is still a surprise to see them happy when they do the things they like. :) baby was awarded with the mooncakes that she had ‘ordered’ thru me. :D zi xuan also had her chop when she wanted one 2 days ago, haha… so i gotten her a bee and a butterfly as she was originally nicknamed 招蜂迎蝶, wahaha… no la, cos there were no other chops that are nicer than those 2, dats y… :P i hope to give them more as the years go by and always hope to see them laugh, smile, look surprised, enjoy and nothing else. :) really really love to have them by my side. :)

Kindermusik Lesson 2 - Wiggles Giggles

today is the 2nd lesson of wiggles giggles for zi xuan. today she is v active, the moment the lesson starts, she moves around freely herself in the class. she is less shy today as compared to the previous classes. although she moves around freely now during the class, she is less attentive and pays lesser attention to what teache shauna is teaching. still, she participates in the activities and is enjoying herself. hope in the future, she will be also like today, less shy and move more freely and expressively in classes. :)

ps: most of the parents in this class looks very solemn, i dunno why. as compared to the previous class, they are truely more stone and less action. as for me, i always see my little girl running about and i am very happy, lol… oh ya, i also saw one of my project’s users in the class, wad a small world it is.

2nd Addition into our Family!

Finally i hv time to write something about our 2nd little girl who is coming to earth soon. For the past 8 mths, it has been a tough and arduous journey for baby. for the 1st trimester, baby has been vomiting non-stop for everyday. Eat what, vomit what. She has been trying to keep herself full at the same time so xiao yu can have her share of the food too. Very xin ku for baby for the 1st trimester.

2nd trimester seems to get better for baby, but it seems to only get better after the 5th or 6th mth? lol… still doing the same thing by eating n ‘feeding’ xiao yu wif the foods. from the way baby is having xiao yu, seems like it is a bit tougher than having xiao niu, haha… even during the start of the 3rd trimester, vomiting has become a norm for baby everyday once again.

it only became better for baby when the last 2mths come. but then, vomiting gone, hunger comes. :x she began to eat more everyday, lol… having supper almost every night until xiao yu can grow up to 700 grams in 1 wk! that is even more powerful than i am! so she decided to cut dwn on her intake at nite, just in case when giving birth, xiao yu could have been more than 3.5kg.

xiao yu see, mummy 为了你, eat and vomit just to make sure u grow healthily in mummy’s womb. nx time when u grow up, must be good to mummy arh. must go hand in hand with xiao niu to take care of mummy a lot a lot. we will all take care of mummy together ok? let her suffer less and enjoy more of her time with us. so xiao yu, we all looking forward to u coming out ok? either 26/08/11, 01/09/11 or 12/09/11 will do. as long as u come out healthily, we are all very happy le. see u then le!

Kindermusik Lesson 1 - Wiggles Giggles

once again, it is a trial lesson for the next level, our time. this theme is titled wiggles and giggles. zi xuan went for the 1st trial lesson for this theme and wasn’t quite enjoying herself in the first half of the lesson. most probably is becos she juz woke up from her journey’s sleep. after dazing ard for 10-15mins, she finished her warm up and started to get active. just at the time when the parachute is out, she is very active already! she doesn’t even ‘care’ abt my existence and started playing, haha… when i was walking ard with the parachute, she just stayed at her location looking at the turning parachute. only to realise that i am abt 3-4 persons away from her, then she managed to catch up to me, lol…

she also finished the whole bottle of water, that we prepared for her for the resting section, during the story telling section. really is water tank, but also gd la. drinking plain water is the best source of liquid, lol. during one of the sections where everyone will hold each other’s hands, zi xuan allowed teacher shauna to hold her hands! haha… wad a rare sight to see!

oh, she also learnt to be more neat and tidy by helping to keep the toys that she played today in the class. finally before we left, teacher shauna said she is a gd dancer and is a gifted one. i oso hope she is and hope that if she really does want to be a dancer, i will never object it. :)

Kindermusik Lesson 6 - Feathers

last lesson for zi xuan at kindermusik! she is more obedient and less participating in the class today, as compared to last week. although still some sections of the class she still quite active. like the parachute, the dancing song and playing of the bell hammers. as of last week’s post, today only 1 guy came to sit on my leg as though my leg is a chair, lol… so no 3 toddlers coming to me liao, wahaha… anyway, zi xuan will be going for her next level trial lesson next sunday at 5pm and it is a goodbye to her current level feathers lesson. bye bye yo~~

Carabelle @ StudioPlay

baby and me brought our little girl, carabelle, for a photo shoot. we decided after discussing that it would be better for her to go and have her childhood photo shoot instead of having baby taking her pregnancy photo. n so we brought her to take the photos on the 9th of july. after the whole photo shooting, baby, my mil (she also went to help out) and me were thinking "jialat liao, after today's shooting, will there be even 5 photos to choose?" haha... cos carabelle was walking all ard the place and its like very little photos were taken lo. but when we went to collect today, we were surprised! there were actually 149 photos available for us to select! oh gosh, thank the photographer for his patience in taking carabelle's photos, haha... for her StudioPlay collection, you may proceed to my facebook to view them. :)

Captain America the First Avenger

caught this movie at cathay at woodlands with song n hz. the movie is quite gd despite featuring in the 1942 era of the world war 2. i was expecting those kinds of war fighting scenes but apparently, it is more of a sci-fiction combined with some ridiculous 1 man show, haha... but it shld be like dat since he is a hero. :x i give this movie a 4/5 rating for the way they protrayed captain america and the way the bad guy died, by burning himself! lol!!! wad a joke...

Zi Xuan's Temper!

oh dear, last nite i scolded my little girl for 'crunching' mummy's stickers and she was so angry that she cried and didn't want me to carry her to pacify her for the next few minutes! last time didn't happened before! :x seems like she is getting smarter! :P

Kindermusik Lesson 5 - Feathers

last 2nd lesson for zi xuan le. today no new stuffs to learn for zi xuan, but there are some interesting things happening during the lesson. today gt 2 toddlers come and 'da shan' me sia~ one female and one male. my little girl dont even care about me kena 'da shan', she just dance her way and play her way, haha... last week gt 1 male toddler also come and 'da shan' me. will next week be 3?! lol... does this mean anything? lol!!! oh ya, ps, zi xuan learnt how to do the red indian chant just 2 days b4 the lesson today, lol... seems like she is learning a lot of new stuff every wk!

武侠

watched this movie with alvin ng at yishun gv! just like the gv seats. sooooo wide and nice to lean on. anyway, the movie is quite gd during the start and the mid. the ending a bit poor as the so called, boss, died by lightning strike. -.-!!! also y did zhen zhi dan had to cut off his hand -.-!!! i give this movie a 3.5/5 rating.

Kindermusik Lesson 4 - Feathers

lesson 4 le~ zi xuan has been enjoying herself for the past 3 lessons. i am very glad that my $$ spent on her has not bee a waste, haha... today is nt an exception too. the teacher, shauna, taught her a new action and a new song today. the new action is a red indian making the "bo" sound and patting the palm onto the mouth. the new song is about the red indian coming out frm the tent and came into contact with a few animals / insects. there is also another new stuff to play with, that is the parachute! zi xuan was unfazed with the new toy and decided to play a part by pulling the handle of the parachute, haha... at the end of the lesson, she decided to shout "yeah!". wahaha... end of the lesson!

Kindermusik Lesson 3 - Feathers

today is zi xuan's 3rd lesson at kindermusik. as enjoyable by herself as ever, even b4 the lesson started, she took some balls (supposingly given by the teacher to let the kids play b4 class starts) and started playing. she even sat and 'hopped' by the buttocks on the ball! lol... after the lesson started, she enjoyed the u-turn action of one of the songs during the class. she also enjoyed playing with 2 sticks in the hand, knocking against the other and also shaking it. she really brings the class to her attention again by shouting "yeah!" as well as clapping together. i believe in future, she will be a great leader and a smart one. haha...

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2

yeah, finally harry potter has come to an end! i have caught all the series of this marvelous series~ the ending is juz as marvelous! dun wan to leak any of the movie's story less those who didnt read the book, know b4 watching! i give this movie a 4.5/5!

Kindermusik Lesson 2 - Feathers

2nd lesson for zi xuan for this semester~ not to mention that she enjoyed herself as well as last week, haha... we went thru 2 very specific songs that was played thru last week, one was the duck song n the other was the erm... red indian song, lol... (i dun really know the name of the songs, juz dat they were mentioned to be of that theme? :P) anyway, she enjoyed the section where we were to run in to our partners and run out. guess she enjoyed the running part, lol... she really knows when to dance whenever the songs are played too, the teacher, shauna also says she likes to dance, haha... maybe in future she might be a great dancer or a teacher? lol...

Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon

i watched this movie 2 wks after the release n there are still so many ppl watching! i feel that the storyline is nt bad and the actions are as gd as the previous releases. the only thing is the ending which was quite weak. having megatron died so easily in the hands of optimus prime. i give this movie a 4/5 rating.

Kindermusik Lesson 1 - Feathers

today zi xuan went for her 1st official lesson at kindermusik! last time also went for a few trials at gymboree and kindermusik, but we decided to go for kindermusik as gymboree is not yet ready for her. her lesson started at 1pm and ends 45mins later. during the whole class today, from my point of view, i tink zi xuan is the most attentive and most participating kid in the class, haha… even the teacher says she is very musical! when she listens to any music in the class, she will dance along and sing along, while the rest of the kids are mostly walking about and disturbing other kids, haha… zi xuan is also the most attention seeking kid in the class by shouting “yeah!” for 3 times! erm… all the parents in the classes were looking at her while she did that, lol… i believe she really enjoys the class de lo… haha… we await her next lesson on the next sunday!

X-Men First Class

went to watch this movie today n found it quite interesting. there were many casts which i am not familiar with. mutants like frost, angel, banshee, havok, azazel n riptide. the overall storyline was quite good, got a clear vision of what happened b4 the x-men was founded. i oso knew how professor x became half paralyzed, lol… i give tis movie a 4/5 rating.

IPPT Failed!

damn! I failed my ippt by 5s! everything pass liao, I was so motivated to run to pass, but at the end of the day, I failed by 5s… –.-!!! sad to say also, I cannot book anymore lessons. so if they ask me to pay fine, I will complain to them about the system. cfm de lor, already complaint once. stupid n lousy system… :x

tis movie is gd! as gd as thor. the storyline was gd together with the effects and the acting of the show. i shall not disclose the contents of the story. i give it a 4/5 rating.

2 Years Wedding Anniversary Celebration

today is a post celebration of our (baby and mine) 2 years wedding anniversary. I have especially dedicated tis day for baby to enjoy herself, so that she can relax for one whole day. I have booked a room at our previously ROM hotel, but sadly to say, our room, 813, was used for storing renovation stuffs, so the hotel staff gave us 716 instead. the rooms were of the same size, so we shall not complain much, lol…

we set off from woodlands at 330pm after having our lunch at freshness burger café. reaching rendezvous hotel at abt 4pm for a short rest till 630pm. then we headed down to changi airport for a walk as well as our tea break, having beancurd, soya milk and pancake. we also went to candy empire to buy some snacks back, including chocolates and a box of smith potato chips. next we headed down to suntec city for some shopping at abt 8pm.

first we headed down to LeSportsSac to see some bags, baby also bought one diaper’s bag. then next we headed down to samsonite’s departmental store to get my laptop bag. this one baby paid for me, hehe.. thanks! we were tinking of getting the luggage bag, but wanted to look ard for more designs and cheaper ones, so we decided to kiv the luggage bag. after getting our stuff, we went down to subway to get our dinner, chicken and bacon salad.

we reached hotel at abt 1030pm, to proceed to our rest day for the nite! happy 2year wedding anniversary to u baby! muackz muackz! I love u!!!

very poor movie made, so poor that it could not be compared to the 1st one. i give it a 1/5 rating.

Happy Mother’s Day!

happy mother’s day to all! may all mothers in the world stay happy and be healthy always! I also wish baby and my mom happy mother’s day! muackz!!

today me n my parents as well as my bro n his gf, went to have our dinner at café cartel. we ordered a lot of food, st louis spare ribs, black pepper spare ribs, bbq chicken and pork ribs combo, caesar salad with chicken n supreme platter. the whole dinner cost $92++. it was a sumptuous dinner, n we didn’t manage to finish up the food. so the left over food (nt a lot) were taken back for hazel to have her sumptuous meal too, wahaha… as for baby’s mother’s day special, I have set to give her a surprise on the next wkend in combination of our 2nd year wedding anniversary. :)

wah, tis movie could be one of the worse movie i have watched to date this year. one of the poorer three kingdoms movies i have watched. the storyline is a total twist from the actual facts. hw the hell did guan yu’s weapon break into 2? hw come his beard was cut? hw come he left cao cao’s place with onli 1 of liu bei’s family? cao cao also didnt send liu bei’s family back to liu bei de lor. it was guan yu who personally escorted liu bei’s family back one… disappointed movie, total fluke… 1/5 rating for it.

Thor

tis movie is nice! i like the overall plot, but the ending a bit weak, with loki nt putting up enugh fight against thor. oh, there were some parts where thor was the center of the jokes, haha… this movie is gd cos they had enugh fighting elements and joking elements. the storyline was gd, onli like i mentioned, ending a bit weak. otherwise it deserves a 4/5 rating.

Resident Evil Afterlife

i am a fan of resident evil movies, but tis movie somewhat disappointed me. the storyline wasnt that gd, it did not bring out the char enugh and the other supporting actors were very weak. special effects were nt done up properly, can see that they are not ‘part' of the movie. anyway, i give this movie a 2.5/5 overall rating.

Interesting Facts About Zi Xuan (6)

as of today, there are 6 such posts of my beloved little girl le, feel free to see her progress in the previous entries, hehe.

1.	niu niu has made incredible progress of crawling! (although a bit slow to start with, but she is very smooth in crawling everywhere already!)
2.	she has also made incredible progress of standing up and sitting down ‘safely’ from a supporting position. but still unstable, as her sitting down posture is quite scary, might lead to fall anytime.
3.	niu niu has started to play more in the swimming pool. she enjoys playing water loh… even at home during bath, she sure does enjoy herself by making me wet…
4.	she knows how to say ‘yi’ and ‘er’ but is like… trying to say the word out with ‘pain’, wahaha… and will normally stop at ‘er’, will never proceed to ‘san’, wahahaha….
5.	she calls my MIL ma ma! baby so happy and still wanted her to call baby jie jie! omfg! the cruel thing is, she calls me papa… y dun call me gor gor leh… :P
6.	whenever niu niu listens to those pop or hip hop music, she will hum by herself, as though she is singing. and if space permits, she will dance~~
7.	she started eating solid food le, still bit by bit just to prevent her from vomiting anything out. she can’t have anything bigger than 3 grains of rice. :x
8.	now niu niu is more conscious about the people around her. she will only allow familiar ppl or ppl who she thinks ‘can carry’ her, carry her. oh well… personal preference? :x
9.	her favorite foods are: potato, mushroom gravy, prawn crackers (or rather anything that is crispy), rice, coffee. she still eats other food, but I can guarantee, these are her favorites!
10.	when baby n me r home, she will want both of us to play wif her for some period, else she will make a fuss and whole family will be awaken… wad a spoilt little girl, haha…

The Lion King

baby’s user very good, gave them complimentary tickets to watch the lion king show. this show is acted by real people and the story is exactly the same as the cartoon. the whole show is very very good. although the seats are quite exp, but i believe it will be worth the $$. even on that day we watch the show, it was full house! n some ppl even stand and clapped at the end of the show. it was really good la. although sometimes dunno wad they mumbling, but still can understand from the actions. i give this show a 5/5!

127 Hours

this movie talks about a guy who went trekking in a dessert and was trapped in a crack in the lands. he actually attempted to jump down the crack and walk through the crack, but somehow, the rock he held on, came loose and both fell downwards. end result? the rock crushed onto his right hand and he was stuck. wif no tools to help him get out of the situation in one whole, he decided to amputate his lower arm. at the end of the day, he was saved by some other trekkers. I give this movie a 3/5 rating. for the section which he was trapped. other parts of the movie were not really useful to the movie.

Ong Bak 3

wah, disappointing movie. there were no exciting actions to the movie. as compared to 1 and 2, this one is very far off frm them. I would rate tis movie a 2/5.

Dead Space Aftermath

this is not really a movie, it is more of a re-collection of what happened after the 1st series of dead space ended. but still sadly to say, the survivors were all treated badly, the 1st guy was supposed to be contained by the federation because he came into contact wif the shard, but he went crazy and died on his way out of the ship. 2nd guy was shot in the head for knowing too many things. 3rd guy was contained for more information as he knew hw the shard works. the last person, a lady, was touted as a terrorist who destroyed aegis 7 planet and one of the mother ship. sad cases for all of them… i rate this animated movie a 2/5 rating.

3rd ICT Day 4

today is the 4th day le! superbly tiring day! whole day of training man… morning vehicle battle course, afternoon fibua and nite route march. but! there was something to laugh about for the day, it could most likely be the laughter of the ict. the joke was that during the morning battle course, shaowei’s boarded his vehicle and started sleeping, but throughout the battle course, he did not alight at all. so at one point in time, he asked his section commander how come haven dismount. then his section commander told him it was time to head back to training shed to have lunch, lol… then shaowei complained that he did not have any actions at all, haha… at nite when we were back to camp after the route march, night snacks already cleared. in the end shaowei, lionel and me ordered mac. best part is it will only arrive earliest at 1230am… today something flashed my mind while travelling in my armor vehicle, which was niu niu’s smiles and actions, hehe… can’t wait to see her smiles and laughters again, of course, baby too!

3rd ICT Day 3

today is the 3rd day of ict. one more day to book out day! time really flies in camp, why doesn’t it happen at work? lol… anyway, today quite relax, not much training. tmr will be more fun. today also my 1st day eating at the canteen, lol… then talked abt my experience wif baby to my fren, because he is also looking forward to settling down. was also talking to my fren about trips and suddenly tot of going overseas again. lets hope tis time when planning to go overseas, niu niu can follow baby and me. best is when she can eat solid food and also can walk, hehe…

3rd ICT Day 2

today is the 2nd day of my ict. one of the most xiong part of the day is the nite route march. I volunteered to even help my fren to carry his GPMG as he was the last man of the company, lol… ok la, I only kena blister on my heel, lol… it was only a 10kg weapon ma, as heavy as niu niu, so nth de. :P while doing the route march, I had a very good view of the clear sky and remembered the day when baby and me were at the beach overnight. that was the first day we held our hands together, lol… really hope we could do it again some day, hehe…

3rd ICT Day 1

today is the 1st day of my 3rd ict. when heard of the training schedule, most of us were quite sian, but expected one la, haha. just that for the whole of next 2 weeks, won’t be able to make any calls to baby le. no matter what, I will do my best for atec and do myself proud. as for baby and niu niu, u 2 must take care wor! I will not be around to help out in the nite during wkdays, so xin ku ni le baby! I love and miss u and niu niu! hope that we will be able to see one another soon! muackz!

Team BBQ

tis bbq event was organized by zach, sheng xian, alwin and alvin wong. it is some sort of a team bonding and a gathering among all the current, ex and non team members. among so many that came were marcus, joseph, sheng xian, wei jie, alvin wong, zach, alvin ng, yuen loong, alwin, de hao, roy, aloysius, zolene, lawrence and his gf.

zach, sheng xian and alwin reached my house at 2+pm to prepare some food for the bbq later. they had actually wanted to go down for some sports after the preparation, but I was busy wif niu niu, so in the end they sat at one corner of my house and ‘watch tv’, haha… at 4pm sharp, the bbq food arrived and was delivered up to my unit. 1st time we saw someone deliver something early, haha…

anyway, we all went down to prepare the bbq pit at 430pm. after which baby helped to prepare niu niu for the swim. after giving them the instructions on the bbq pit and wad not to do, I went bck to bring niu niu down for swim! today’s swim a bit special, cos she got her float! at first, we tested her in the playground pool, she was enjoying herself, ‘walking’ in the pool and playing wif her new toys, swimming cap and goggles… initially my dad let her play wif his goggles, but in the end cannot take back. so my mom go get another goggles n wanted to exchanged wif her, but she used another hand to take n dun wan to return the one she took, wahaha… leaving wif no choice, my mom went back to the bag and took out the swimming cap to exchange for my dad’s goggles, haha… funny~ oh ya, only me n niu niu were in the water as baby wasn’t feeling well. after niu niu had enjoyed herself in the playground pool, baby suggested to bring niu niu to the big pool. so I brought her there and swim. she didn’t actually quite enjoyed herself there as she couldn’t touch the ground. but nonetheless, she still played. at ard 530pm, we decided to go up and get changed, then come down for bbq.

after bathing for niu niu and myself, we went down for bbq! baby already hungry until cannot hungry while waiting for niu niu to finish swimming, haha… but I guess, she didn’t eat much also, as most of the food were bbq-ed by my colleagues. halfway through the bbq, me, sheng xian, alwin, roy, alvin ng and yuen loong went for basketball. we enjoyed ourselves so much until it was already 9pm, haha… we played for ard 1hr I guess. by the time I went bck to the bbq pit, baby already went up to feed niu niu wif milk. :x my bad baby, sorry. (I know u didn’t eat much and wanted to buy something for u to eat, but it was already very late and also niu niu and ur sleeping time…) haiz… but I still muz apologize for having sports during the bbq. wrong move.

anyway, after cleaning up and niu niu finished her milk, we proceeded to the pit to hv the final session of cake cutting! to celebrate feb’s birthday birds~ niu niu and my parents. happy birthday!!! we sang the song and ate the cake, hehe… then it was time to clear up the place and end the session le. late liao late liao~ baby n my parents then went up first to rest while I stayed behind wif some of my colleagues to clear the place. the whole session ended at ard 1030pm. then after the bbq when I went bck to my house, I saw niu niu slp le, then baby suggested that we stayed over in case we disturbed niu niu frm her slp when going bck to baby’s house. so we ended up staying over at my place. wad a tiring but enjoyable day for all of us!

ST Electronics Chinese New Year Dinner

this event is a yearly chinese new year dinner for st electronics (info-software systems) department. it is to commemorate chinese new year. a bit off la, the date, it is after the last day of chinese new year. I tink is becos it is cheaper, wahaha… but nonetheless, it was a very enjoyable dinner. :D

the host made the whole programme very very enjoyable and thrilling, haha… the whole programme included first session of ‘bingo’ game, then interval sessions of lucky draw (but I didn’t get any prizes…), then singing competition of 3 guys, dancing competition, birthday gift away and finally the lasst one was a 3min whole room dancing with the host, haha…

the food was generally ok, nt really very appetizing, but still quite good. 1st dish was lao yu shen, then followed by shark fin’s soup. next was chicken and then fish. after which followed up with yam basket, fried prawns and mushroom with vegetables. final 2 dishes are leaf rice and red bean paste with ginko nuts. I didn’t actually ate until very full even though there were 9 dishes, haha… every one I ate a bit. :P

the whole session started from 530pm all the way to 10pm. wad a long dinner, haha… the actual time they started was 7pm… we reached there at 530pm… ok la, a bit of wasting time, but I enjoyed the whole dinner and laughed until I no voice sia, haha… hope there will be more of this type of dinners, haha…

Jian Long’s Wedding

he is my elder cousin, who just gotten married today. his rom was a few mths back which i didnt attend. the hotel of the banquet is at conrad centennial singapore. duh, the one beside suntec city and millenium walk. the place is quite nice n the settings were very soothing. the whole wedding lasted frm 8pm to 11pm. the seating arrangements were actually quite messy. y i say so leh, is because supposingly say my bro and baby going de, but then the table i am sitting, don’t even have enough seats for them, it was full de lor. more surprisingly, some of the adults actually moved over to another table to sit and our table was shifted of the seatings for most of us n the table actually was able to accomodate another one of my auntie’s family. –.-!!! i dunno la, as long i got place to sit when i reached can liao, lol… the food that we ate are listed below. (oh ya, the food were served separately to each of us. too bad cant snatch the food, hahaha…

1. cold plate (suckling prawn salad, drunken chicken roll, beancurd roll, jellyfish)
2. shark’s fin soup
3. scallop and prawn with honey pea
4. red grouper
5. abalone sliced braised with sea cucumber and chinese cabbage
6. spare rib
7. pi-pa duck
8. udon noodle
9. chilled lemongrass-flavoured jelly

Niu Niu Swimming

today niu niu went swimming at my parent’s condo! wah, she was very very active de loh. although starting quite cold, the water. but after dipping in the water for a few mins, she suddenly very active liao! n she was enjoying the cold water very much! she keep splashing the water wif her feet and her hands loh. baby carrying her had to endure all the water splashing onto her face too, haha… very long nv see niu niu so happily playing wif water le. will try to bring her dwn every wkend to play, haha…

Niu Niu 1st Birthday Celebration

today is my little girl’s birthday celebration. it was brought early because the cake can only be delivered on this day. we had the celebration at zhou’s kitchen at jurong point wif both sides of the family. it was a big celebration for her too. below are some photos that we have taken during the celebration. i hereby wish my little girl happy birthday! may she grow up healthily and be a good girl!

大笑江湖

weird movie wif weird storyline, haha… quite impress wif some of the sections of the movie. cos they managed to make me laugh quite some time during those sections. one of the better ones was when zeng zhi wei try to kill the main lead 3 times by 'viciously turning his neck’, but the main lead’s neck is ultra soft because he was ‘trained’ to peek at people’s comics, lol… and also another classic one was when the main lead was going to jacky wu’s hut to look for kung fu scripture and accidentally destroyed the whole hut by triggering the booby trap, lol… n the most classic one was, learning english! lol!!! dat one was one of the better classics in the movie. haha… n i was quite surprised to see mark lee in the movie! wad a proud singaporean, haha… i give tis movie a 3/5 rating as the movie’s laughing points were nt enugh and not powerful enugh. but overall still nt too bad.

Car’s Mishap…

wth man… my car side view mirror and blind spot mirrors kena stolen… those fcking idiots, really muz be caught, fined, jailed and compensate me with all the repair costs. really is fcking idiots. resort to stealing mirrors… wth man… just dun understand. so fcking cheap mirrors still wan to steal. those idiots…

Suntec Outing

after leaving from jennifer’s wedding, 3 of us headed down to suntec! as baby wanted to buy the mix nuts and raisins, we decided to head down to suntec’s carrefour! first we went to carrefour to get our beloved almonds, cranberries and green peas. after which we went to have our dinner at souperlicious. it is a small cafe corner that sells soups, burgers and salads. we ordered their salad and soup sets. the food were quite nice, up to standard. below are some photos that we took. :D

Alvin and Jennifer’s Wedding

today we attended our above mentioned fren’s wedding. it was a church wedding and also our first time attending such an event. when we reached there, we were quite surprised as the church looked quite old de, but still nicely taken care of. it could have been the place where they first met or the place where they did went for their church events. it was like any other weddings seen in those church weddings. jennifer would be walked in (from the entrance) by her father to alvin, who is waiting at the front area (the place where they would be announced husband and wife, as well as sign the marriage certificate) there were singing of christian songs and some form of advice / preaching by the pastor, who also happened to be their JP. so after the ceremony ended, we proceeded to lunch just outside the church. the food was quite nice and so was the laksa. lol… we left after we finished our lunch, which was ard 1pm, and we went down to suntec to do some shopping n for dinner. :)
