Short Gathering with ST Friends

a small nite gathering at liang court’s tampopo restaurant. me, together wif alvin ng, alvin wong, zach, sheng xian, wei jie, joseph, wai mun and alwin were having our quarterly team meeting, lol… left out onli a few like joel, zolene, aloysius, matthew who were not ard. anyway wads so special about tis restaurant is their black pig. but its v exp one lor… juz one fried black pork fillet or something like dat, together wif a set, costs $29! dats v exp sia… but anyway we had our laughs and fills of the food too. after which we went for supper at a soya bean stall at selegie, it was v crowded, we had to even go to the bck of the store to sit! nth much happened after dat, went home after 10pm.

Short Gathering with Baby’s Friends

today was a quick n short get together among baby’s frens. when we were walking into the shopping mall at amk frm the carpark, we heard a bang sound, n saw 1 car whack straight into another car which is parked into another car park slot. i was wondering wtf is dat guy doing, especially when the car park slot dat he is parking into, is 1 pillar a part. hw the hell did he even go whack the other car’s front bumper. in the end i managed to get a glimpse of the dent, lol… we reached there abt 840pm, oh ya, gathering at amk hub’s new york new york. ordered 1 fish n chips and root beer float. tink shld cost us ard $25++. anyway, niu niu also went, and made frens wif the rest of baby’s frens, haha… all of them were so excited wif her ard, lol… niu niu managed to bear wif her hunger in which she drank at 7pm n by the time we finish our dinner, its already 945pm. lol… onli on the way back, then she called for milk, haha…

Interesting Facts About Xiao Niu (4)

yeah, time to update again on some interesting facts on her. see see below:

1.	niu niu likes to stretch a lot, juz like me! i also like to stretch one, muz be cos after stretching, it is v shiok la, wahaha…
2.	niu niu also has a lot of saliva, wahaha… juz like me, 口水多过茶!!!
3.	niu niu somehow calls papa… yeah, at the age of 5mth+!
4.	niu niu has started to swim in a small pool! (of course is filled at home wif warm water, cos still small cannot go cold water)
5.	niu niu is beginning to master the art of turning sideways on the bed!
6.	niu niu also is beginning to master the art of sitting up! (but wif her hands in support by the front, still slanted towards the front. but she is making progress!)

Inception

tis is a v gd movie. at first i see trailer, i dunno wad is happening. after i watched the whole movie, i realised, the plot was v gd. it started off wif leonardo n company trying to get a secret out frm the hirer. the hirer hired them to do a test, to make sure they pass the test so that they can help him to work. along the way, he was hired and looked for party members to help him complete dat job he was supposed to do. but due to the difficulty of the job (inception), they needed careful planning. cos they had to go very deep into someone’s mind to plant the tots into their brains. but this leonardo’s mind was full of regrets of her wife’s suicide cos he himself, incepted his wife into telling her that dreams were actually better than the real world. in the end the wife suicided and dat caused him to be guilty for the rest of his life, until he finally found his wife and his wife died in his dreams. in the end they completed their job, n they were back to reality. although at the end, the movie showed the top spinning non-stop… dunno whether really is back to reality or nt, lol… but it was a great movie. 4.5/5 rating for it.

Hong Kong Trip Preparation

yeah, finally the most awaited trip arrived! yes, and i do mean most awaited! cos i nv been there before and there happened to be summer sales now! n so we prepared for the trip within the nx 2 weeks. we decided to go hong kong with the chan brothers package cos we had some cash vouchers of $500. so all in all, the whole package supposed to cost us $1700+, and after deduction frm $500 cash vouchers, the whole trip package was $1200+. the airplane dat we were gg to take is cathay pacific. gotten to know from baby dat it does hav entertainment on the plane, juz like SQ. movies, games, audio, etc… staying at west hotel, near austin mtr station. not very far from tsim sha tsui and mong kok. ok, time to prepare myself for the trip. will update all of you once i am bck frm the trip!

Celebrating MIL’s bday

today we decided to have a brought forward bday celebration of my MIL. baby decided to go noble house for an ala carte buffet lunch, that has buddha jump over the wall dish. each set that has the dish, costs $38++, we ordered 4 of those, and 1 of the sharks fin soup, which costs $32++. the food were quite gd, especially the dimsum. we ordered quite a lot of food, in the end almost could nt finish, haha… happy bday to my MIL! :) wish her gd health and live a healthy and ripe age!

Despicable Me

holy dear, tis movie is gg to be one of the best movies of this year. it is juz plain gd la. no wonder the rating ppl gave is so high. its funny and its heart warming. from the ‘daddy’, to the ‘doctor’, to the 3 little girls, to the erm… ‘cousins’?… lol… all were superbly written and casted. the ‘cousins’ are the little yellow characters that appear to be ‘stupid’, wahaha… they sure are stupid and funny. they are at least 30% of the laughters in the movie itself. the other 60% came from the daddy, the doctor and the 3 little girls. especially the smallest one, agnes. she is soooooo cute lor… really is v cute. the other 2 also v cute, the one wif the hat one, haha… n the other oldest one, dat one more mature, so as compared to the rest, nt dat cute. but overall, i give the movie a 4.5/5 rating. superbly gd!

Gathering with Ex-Crimsonlogic Friends

had a small gathering with some of the ex-crimsonlogic frens at suntec mof restaurant today. the ppl present were… me, baby, chua, lifen, ug, linjy and jaik. the dinner costed ard $227, it was v expensive. the whole dinner was a treat from chua, haha… thanks to chua for treating us. kris was the one who helped to organize this gathering yet he didnt appear… sad… but anyway, we had our fun and lots to catch up after tis. maybe there will be more gatherings to come after tis, but still hard to get the ppl to come out together at a single time…

Predators

wah cmi… this movie totally is out of sync, the storyline was like, erm, wtf?… simi a grp of ppl were chosen to come to a planet to play the hunting game where they hv to pit their lives against a grp of predators and a grp of fierce animals. then throughout the whole ‘day’ or ‘nite’, a lot of crappy incidents like, how come the 1st old man seriously injured, still can make such loud request for help? another one was, hw the fck the doctor who was chosen to come dwn, knows why he is chosen? oh ya, another one was worse, why did the jap guy stay behind to fight 1 on 1 wif the predator!? aren’t predators supposed to kill their preys far away?… wad kind of logic is this… ok, the fighting scenes weren’t dat fantastic, in fact nt much. the casts were a failure too… no great names to the movie and the casts were… erm… nt even worth watching… i give this movie a 1.5/5 rating…

Xueting’s ROM

1 wedding after another, haha… juz 1 week ago was my fren, song’s wedding. then today, is baby’s fren, xueting’s rom. hers was held at peony jade at keppel club. actually the place also quite ulu, v deep into the keppel club. at first we didnt know how to actually walk or drive in, cos there were no signboards saying peony jade is at which direction. but eventually, we walked and finally gotten the place after asking the guard.

in fact when we reached there, we were very early, haha… we actually 4gotten wad time was the arrival of all the guests. dunno izzit 5.30pm or 6.00pm. but anyway, we were very early, so we went in to take a seat first. soon after, more guests came in at ard 6pm. dat was when niu niu started to hv her short meal. actually the place is quite small. especially the place where they hold the ceremony. it is juz a size of a small bedroom. nt even enough to hold the guests.

so after the ceremony at 7pm, the food slowly arrived. in between the makan session, niu niu made a lot of noise and had 2 short meals… finally she fell aslp at the last and final dish… but just to compare wif the food at another wedding, no harm ar. the food here does not taste as gd as the previous one i went. but still nt too bad, still eat until v full, haha… the whole ceremony and dinner ended ard 930pm. then we left for home.

i also hereby wish xueting n her hb happily ever after and a blissful marriage!

Song’s Wedding

today was song’s wedding, i guessed he muz hv planned it for quite some time although none of us believed he planned it, wahahaha~~ but for my overall experience, i think today i really enjoyed myself, n i really do mean i enjoyed myself. why is it so? do read on…

song’s wedding was held at amara singapore in tanjong pagar. when we reached there ard 8pm, the rest of the table already reached. wad i mean are those from the soccer team. we had our laughter throughout the whole nite cos of our ‘mischievous’ little grp here, haha… we were so called the noisiest of the whole wedding and it looked like some sort of market over there. hopefully we didnt angered any of the parents of song and his wife, haha…

oh ya, song hired a reowned singer cum band to help sing in his wedding. we only managed to know her name is kewei, together wif the pianist, ying ying and the male counterpart, alfred. but the rest were not important, kewei was the main show dat nite, lol… i supposed so juz after song n his wife. :P some particular songs she sang, our grp over here would also sing together, lol… n she can actually bring us along, haha…

she is nt bad looking la, quite chio actually n her singing was nt bad, quite gd. mai siao siao hor, she actually sang wif tao ze b4. ok, enugh talk about her, lets turn bck to song. oh ya, when it was the toasting time to all the guests, our grp i guessed, made the most noise and of course, the most rowdy one, haha… but i guessed the whole banquet enjoyed it. even when song came over to do toasting to us, we prepared 1 cup of superbly gross drink for him. incredibly, his brothers drank most of it! lol! poor song’s brothers, hahaha…

luckily we didnt bring niu niu there, else i tink niu niu cant slp for the nite sia, haha… anyway, the food was quite nice, except the wasabi prawn which i didnt eat cos i dun eat wasabi. particularly gd ones were the sharks fin and the yam paste. gd banquet and i wish song n his wife, alice, a blissful marriage and a healthy delivery!

Twilight Ecilpse

watched this movie wif baby, dengli, huishan and charmaine. it was one of the more anticipated movie of this year as this story is one of baby’s favorites, lol… i oso gt follow the movie la, but baby followed both the movie n the storybook. i guess most of you who hv read the book shld know the story, but if u havent read the book, then i shall not reveal the story. shld go watch it urself. i give it a 4/5 rating.
