Arcade Madness!

today me n my gf went down to woodlands to get our essentials. after buying here n there, we decided to go to the Timezone arcade (located at 5th floor) for a look. walking ard, discussing about the various machines on hw they work and hw does the machine "cheat" us, we decided to try out some of them. wad we hav guessed n calculated wasnt wrong. we tested out the 2 stacker machines and found out dat whenever we pressed accurately the button, the 'square' will always jump 1 step forward. so nw u all know hw the stacker works, dont bother playing it anymore. tis is nt all about skill already, it is oso about luck on whether u r the one hitting the "jackpot algorithm", lol...

after dat we went about looking at the scooping sweet machine. see see look look, hmmm... very interesting... since we both were bored n the ppl playing the machine looks interestingly playing... we decided to sit down and play. so we played n played n played... one turn of an eye... 2hrs already... $110 gone... $110!!! lol... but we managed to hit 4 jackpots n got 2 beijing bears home, plus a super big bag of sweets, haha... my gf sure played till very shiok, lol... but nvm la, once in a while, enjoy for dat moment is ok de, hehe... but really is very long nv play in the arcade le lor, more than 7-8yrs sia... anyway, really sibei xiong sia, haha...

Ktv at Marina Square

Today is the day after i finished my in-camp training. finally finished my ICT sia, relieved, lol... ug, jj, godly, baby and i met up for a session of ktv at marina square. we took the ktv dinner buffet from 7pm to 10pm. starlite wasnt able to make it due to some urgent matters to attend to. nvm, its ok, we still proceeded wif the ktv. ug, jj, baby and me went in first. then both me n baby went to 杀 de buffet! hoho, we went 4 trips, taking in 8 plates of food. after which ug n jj went to take another 4 plates, at the same time godly oso came in, bringing 1 plate of dessert. lol, the table was so filled wif food! almost all the 10 pieces of chicken wing was eaten by jj! gd eater! lol...

then we one side eat, one side sing ktv. dat ug n jj damn gd at act singing sia, haha... totally immersed in the singing. act the whole session was quite short, lasting onli 3hrs, or so called less than 3hrs. due to the fact dat we have to eat our dinner too. had actually wanted to play some pool or bowling but was quite late le, so we didnt wan to stay on. quite some time since our last ktv session le, lol... gd day today!

Back from Reservist!

hi all! i am back from a 10 days 9 nites tour in my reservice camp! super the shag but super the fun. especially the outfield, damn shiok sia! (haha, onli i m the mad one saying outfield is shiok!!) :D my first in camp training and it is a high key for me, crazy sia... super the xiong for a start for someone who hasnt started any low key yet. but i can endure and achieve anything one. hehe... nothing can deter me from doing wad i want! opps... saying too far away from my reservice liao. lol... quite happy to see almost all my army frens back together. and i met quite some new frens from my new unit. (basically, my company was attached to another unit to top up their numbers as they hav a lot of ppl deferred or on mc or on overseas trips or wadeva u can name them) so our company was split among other 5 companies. even though this arrangement split all of us up, we still got together during lunch and dinner to catch up. almost all of us were working and i oso managed to get some of their work places. so lets see whether we hav more time to meet outside or nt, lol... ya, dats about all i can say, nth much in camp for all those who already know wads in dat training week. :)

Reservist

hi all, i am hereby going back to serve the country for 2 weeks. i m 'leaving' my outside world to 'fight' for my company! hope i dun get into any serious injury during the reservice, lol... i will go in n 'enjoy' myself and hope to regain all my strength and endurance from the training. i felt like i hav weakened over the months and its time for me to do something about my body le. i will be going for reservist from 18th till 29th of august 2008. c u guys again on the 29th!

Baby got back her wallet!

wooo, baby got back her wallet le. i m so happy. i guess i will have to wait for mine, i know there will be someone out there who is kind enugh to return the wallet. be it thrown somewhere or dropped somewhere. i juz hope i will get back all my stuff including my bag and my items inside. (although i tink its quite impossible...) nevertheless, i m still happy baby got back her wallet. :) pray dat i will get back my soon!

Meeting is like...

ok, tis meeting was supposed to be short n sweet, cos it was a meeting of our own team. the time of the meeting is at 4pm. at dat time there were me, ug, starlite, advisor, kickboxer, bigsea, jeany, pully and cnn. ok, here is the interesting part. the whole meeting, i was like... sian... cos they were all toking here n there, with no header or footer to their discussions. keep repeating the same thing all over again.

firstly, one of them is presenting. nw, this fellow describe the flow of the diagram until nobody is actually convinced by him. the more he say, the more loopholes or uncertainties pop up. the more we get confused. he doesnt even know wad we are asking about and he doesnt even give a proper answer to the questions we asked. he will get stunned himself when we ask him some questions. seems like he is nt even prepared on how the actual application works.

secondly, the other guy starts to take over from the first fellow. ok, this one is a bit better, at least he knows wad is he going to present. but then again, when we start to ask him some questions, he comes back with another answer. its juz like we ask qn A, he give qn B. ok nvm, the worse part is, sometimes he gives us the wrong answer! i dunno whether he really knows or he pretends to know so dat he can smoke us through. but frankly speaking, i m onli convinced of his working style, but not the way he understands or gives answer to certain questions n uncertainties. sometimes i m nt even convinced at the answers he gives us. cos i know the solution is A and not B.

damn sad, the worse fellow is this one. i dun tink he even respects the meeting lor. he wanted this meeting everyday. n when we are presenting, he wasnt even listening! all he does is check his email, send here send there. ok, i admit he is very busy. but at least give some respect to the presenter ma. nb, ppl presenting, he emailing. then when the presenter finish presenting, he ask the same qn all over again. "ok, where are we now?"... wth... nv even listen to the presenter and u ask this question... cmi...

i dunno lar, i myself dun give ppl ans to things i dunno. i wont pretend to know and i will tell u, based on my experience, whether it can be done or not. normally, i will try out the application or services before i explain whether its feasible. n if i tink its like dat, it will be like dat. no matter whether its me telling u or other ppl telling u. i know the answer will be A, then it will always be A. there is no point clarifying wif another person, knowing dat the answer will still be A. wasting of time rite! haiz... i m beginning to lose faith in the management commitee liao...

Bus Aircon Spoilt!

wah piang eh, today went home in bus 184. (its a superlong bus) the whole back compartment the aircon spoilt lor... i walked until the back compartment dat time, i was like $*&%(#*$&%. no choice lor, onli there gt seat. i wonder how those ppl can tahan all the way till interchange sia. it was very very the warm lor, i sat till my drop off bus stop, i was sweating sia. even the stop button oso not working. (suspecting the battery for the back compartment is down...) stupid driver, never check and juz drive the bus around... bad, very bad!
